Cheese Rolling

A rainy morning turned into a lush afternoon for the Ceremonial Cheese Rolling. The cheeses were blessed and the cheese makers thanked. It was a full church which was very good so see, the community came together. Everyone turned up in their finery and sang and broke cheese. The cheeses were rolled anti clockwise round the church by some very keen children and the official start to the Wap23 was declared. Thank you to all that took part and were present.
